For the Lord’s sake accept the authority of every human institution, whether of the emperor as supreme, or of governors, as sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to praise those who do right. As American citizens, we have the privilege of choosing our leaders.  As Christians, we are called to recognize, support, and shape the institutions and authorities than govern our lives.  Exercise your faith today by prayerfully considering the candidates, asking for God’s direction, and voting.
